General Laborer

 To effectively perform as a general laborer within our growing heavy haul trailer manufacturing business in Carlisle PA, to ensure various duties are performed regularly, to maintain our facility.

Perform general Maintenance and Housekeeping duties to maintain our facility

• Sweeping the production floor with the sweeper
• Assist with the removal of trash
• Clean up and maintain the grounds outside, to assist our lawn/landscaping service. (trash pick-up/weed removal/ snow removal/etc)
• Assist with the painting and upkeep of the visitor walk-way throughout our facility.
• Assist with the capacity load limit markings on all required items. (Shelving/Support hoses)
• General Duties: responsibilities, and work activities as necessary and assigned; in the essence of teamwork, there may be other “odds and ends” business

•   Proficiency with industrial surface prep and sand blast equipment.
•   The ability to communicate clearly and interact with Production employees, Supervisors, Engineers, and Management, in both a written and verbal manner.
•    Time management skills with the proven ability to meet production deadlines.
•   Available for overtime.
