Vision:Â The Creative Video Manager will champion TBC's video production process, translating the creative vision of the Creative Arts Ministry into effective video content from pre-production and storyboarding through capture, editing, and distribution.
Responsibilities:Â
- Oversee and implement pre-production, production, and post-production process for all church-wide creative videos (sermon bumps, promo & recap videos, baptism, testimonies etc.)
- Partner with ministry leaders and the Director of Creative Arts for interview/life-change style videosÂ
- Manage and maintain creative video equipment, resources, and production spaces; identify equipment needs and make recommendations to the Director of Creative Arts.
- Manage the video request process, establishing project timelines, deadlines, and workload in alignment with priorities established by the Director of Creative Arts.
- Develop and execute creative concepts for video content in alignment with the overall creative direction established by the Director of Creative Arts.
- Oversee lighting and audio aspects of video production including various mic/light set-ups as well as video backing tracks
- Craft media appropriate for context – large screen/in-service, web, and social applications.
- Recruit, train, develop and schedule volunteers to assist on the video team in all areas (storyboarding, capturing, editing, etc.)
- Capture B-Roll at weekend services and special events on a regular basisÂ
- Assist in the planning and production of special projects including holidays, message packages, and cross-church initiatives
- Build up a network and catalogue of off-site locations for creative production
- Resource technical arts with ideas for live-service production including shot selection, lighting, and equipment.

Qualifications:Â The ideal candidate is a mature believer in agreement with the beliefs and teachings of The Bible Chapel. Experience in video production or a related creative field, with education or training in video, communications, or creative arts preferred. Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud applications including:Â Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, as well as other relevant video editing tools. Experience with Sony mirrorless video/hybrid cameras or other comparable camera systems. A working knowledge of lighting, audio capture, and basic studio production is also important. This individual should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
