data and documentation under the guidance of senior engineers.
•          Fixture and tooling support Assist senior engineers with basic tooling and fixture needs for production requirements.
•          Shop floor support Provide day-to-day engineering support to production associates and technicians; help train associates on
updated documentation, processes, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

•          Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, quality control, or a related technical role, with aerospace/defense electronics
           experience.
•          Working experience of AS9100 quality systems, including nonconformance handling, corrective action, or document control (e.g.,
reviewing customer purchase orders or contracts for AS9100 flow-down requirements)
•          Experience with quality control processes such as inspection, nonconformance reporting, or QMS documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

•          Exposure to PCB assembly processes (SMT and/or through-hole) and familiarity with IPC-A-610 / J-STD-001 standards
