Delaware North is hiring a full-time Benefits and Compensation Analyst to join our team at our global headquarters in Buffalo, New York. As a Benefits and Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for providing administrative, analytical, and operational support for compensation and benefits programs. If you are passionate about delivering compliant, employee‑centered benefits and solutions, this role is an excellent opportunity to advance your career with a global leader in hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs while responding to team member inquiries and escalating complex issues as needed 
  • Coordinate benefits activities including open enrollment, program communications, eligibility support, and regulatory compliance requirements 
  • Review, reconcile, and validate compensation and benefits data across systems while researching discrepancies and supporting corrective actions 
  • Manage Total Rewards case intake, compensation requests, pay adjustments, and shared mailbox communications in accordance with established guidelines 
  • Maintain job descriptions, SharePoint content, program records, policies, procedures, and process documentation to support effective program administration 
  • Prepare data summaries, reports, audit documentation, and stakeholder communications while supporting compliance with applicable laws and internal policies 
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and ongoing Total Rewards initiatives by ensuring data accuracy, documentation completeness, and consistent program execution 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, economics, accounting, or a related field required 
  • Experience in human resources, compensation, benefits, finance, payroll, or related preferred 
  • Foundational knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and practices 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis 
  • Experience with an HRIS or payroll system, such as Workday or UKG, is preferred 
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
