Education & Experience Requirements
- Associate degree (AS) in related field AND 3-5 years of job-specific and related experience OR;
- 5-7 years of job specific and related experience AND;
- Must possess demonstrated planning and analytical capability; ability to work independently and as a team; excellent written and oral communication; ability to manage, inspire and motivate others; and proficient computer skills, specifically in Microsoft office applications, Plex or other ERP system experience a plus.

- Annual Salary Associate Performance Evaluations
- Baja Trucking for In transit to Plant 1Â
- Control all Cycle Count Activity
- Control Pulling for IBT Productions Daily Requirement
- Discipline Reviews and Approvals (Other than Attendance)
- Empty Container Control
- Inventory Accuracy
- Local/Import Container ReturnsÂ
- Manages all Material Product Flow
- Manages IMT Receiving and Shipping
- Manages Leadership on 1st & 2nd Shift.
- Manages WH1, WH2 and Shipping Plant 2
- Member of Inventory Investigation TeamÂ
- Pass Thru Parts Control
- Problem Solving in Roles and Responsibilities
- Receiving Label Control
- Receiving Material Control (Local, Japan and Mexico)
- Repacking Control/Labeling
- Service Part Control
- Supports all Physical InventoryÂ
- Other duties as assigned
- Training needs are based on IB Tech’s training matrix for this position, relevant to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems
Physical Demands
- Associates must be able to occasionally lift up to 40lbs in single or multiple lifts. Associate must be able to occasionally push/pull up to 100lbs. Associate will frequently bend, twist, turn, squat kneel, overhead reach, climb stairs, and pinch grip small objects for up to 4 hours per day. Typical work environment includes; sitting, typing, writing in an office setting 6 hours per day and standing in manufacturing areas 3 hours per day. Associates must have a valid driver’s license. Idle time between job tasks is likely to exist. Break/Lunch periods are typical in a 9-hour day.Â
