Job DetailsJob Location: Stone City Plant - Bryan, TX 77808Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 Salary/yearJob Shift: Day Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and managing maintenance staff and keeping machines operational at Stone City and Headquarters for all three shifts.  Job Summary: Exempt Duties and Responsibilities: Direct and manage all maintenance personnel at Stone City and Headquarters Oversee repairs and maintenance on machinery Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems on machinery Expected to communicate and work with production supervisors/team leaders Required to have the ability to read electrical diagrams Effectively communicate with machine manufacturers Responsible for training, evaluating performance, and disciplining personnel within the guidelines established in the Employee Handbook Oversee personnel and machinery to ensure they are operated in a safe and correct manner Identify areas of improvement and offer solutions as needed Performs other related duties as assigned  Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Trade School graduate or experience equivalent Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams Computer skills  Essential Functions of the Job: Must have corrected vision to: be aware of surroundings and location of items needed; and perform various other job duties. Must have corrected hearing to: listen to needs and advice of managers, co-workers and customers; listen to the environment to be aware of surroundings; and listen to machines/equipment to help diagnose problems. Must be capable of communicating with managers and co-workers. Stands and walks up to a total of 8 hours per day on a concrete surface. Sits up to 4 hours per day on various surfaces. Lay down/bend/stoop around/under machinery while working on machinery/equipment Lifts and carries components and tools weighing. Pulls and pushes while working on equipment/machinery. Performs twisting and rotation motions using head/neck, waist and knees and arms while working on machinery/equipment. Reaches while working on machinery/equipment. Handles drills, hand tools, hardware. Handling may be done unilaterally (one-handed) or bi-laterally (two-handed) depending on size and shape of object and task being performed. Must be mentally alert and capable of remembering faces, names, oral instructions, equipment in the department.
