Job DetailsJob Location: Main Location - Brownsburg, IN 46112Description As the Brownsburg Location Coordinator, you are an integral member of the Church Staff. You serve as the coordinator to the Brownsburg Location Pastor and the Brownsburg location team, specializing in accurate completion of general administrative tasks. This role proactively manages weekly logistics and administrative duties so ministry teams, events, and services are organized, prepared, and equipped with the tools needed to be successful. Key Outcomes Provide consistent administrative and logistical support that helps the Brownsburg Location Pastor and the Brownsburg location teams execute ministry effectively. Maintain accurate information, organized systems, schedules, communications, and resources so teams and events are prepared and responsive. Engage, train, and coordinate volunteers while supporting location-wide events and communication that help people connect with Connection Pointe. Key Responsibilities The following job duties, collaborations, and personal growth objectives are critical to the success of this role. As in all roles, other duties may be necessary in order to deliver upon the key outcomes the role is responsible for. Key job duties ADMINISTRATION Enter and maintain clean data in PCO, including member data. Oversee reporting on groups, kids, and new guests. Manage and oversee Monday.com boards for the team. Oversee inventory, supplies, and purchasing as needed. Lead and train volunteers to manage bi-weekly counts. Schedule meetings and manage Outlook calendars. Respond to, organize, and/or delegate emails and manage calendars for the Location Pastor. Create schedules for coverage of Front Desk duties among coordinators and volunteers, and provide training as necessary. Capture notes in Monday.com and participate in department meetings. Use PCO for room reservations, queues, forms, and related needs. Make orders and purchases. Manage and organize files. Review and edit written content. Generate reports as needed. Respond to emails and phone calls within 24 hours of being in the office. Perform related duties as assigned. PROJECT MANAGEMENT Adjust schedules and work within budgets to most effectively complete projects with excellence. Proactively follow up on details and communicate with multiple teams assigned to the same project to ensure action is taken. Leverage the gifts of individuals to execute projects most effectively. Engage and lead volunteers. Engage and lead volunteers. EVENTS & MARKETING MANAGEMENT Coordinate printing and ordering for events as needed, including connect cards and other materials. Prepare weekly campus-wide emails and volunteer emails. Prepare for events through planning, ordering, event setup, and general administrative support. Collect and enter all event-specific data. Manage a Brownsburg events calendar. Connect regularly with Connection Pointe members. Develop and design presentations as needed.  key collaborations Collaborate proactively with other Connection Pointe teams and external partners, especially when multiple teams are assigned to the same project or event. Recruit, train, schedule, and lead volunteers for counts, Front Desk coverage, events, and other ministry support needs.   Personal Growth OBJECTIVES Consistently seek alignment with Connection Pointe mission, vision, culture, and direction Consistently seek personal and professional growth through prayer, study, and training opportunities Maintain a healthy work-life balance and prioritize self-care to avoid burnout and maintain effectiveness in ministry, including attending service regularly Stay current with trends in theology, church leadership, and community development, adapting strategies and approaches as needed QualificationsWhat We Are Looking For High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3 years or more of administrative experience; experience in a megachurch or large non-profit is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with church software such as PCO Strong communication skills, fast and accurate typing, and above-average attention to detail and organization. Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent planning and multitasking skills, with the ability to react appropriately under pressure. Available and willing to work a ministry schedule up to and including weekends. High level of understanding of and respect for confidentiality. Where You’ll Be Your role will include office environments, church service environments, and (likely) engaging with the congregation and community outside the walls of Connection Pointe. Physical demands mainly include, walking, climbing stairs, sitting or standing for long periods of time and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds.
