Licensed Massage Therapist

Massage Heights North Thornton is growing, and we’re looking for licensed massage therapists who want consistent clients, flexible scheduling, a supportive team, and a workplace where they can focus on what they do best—helping people feel better.
Newly licensed and experienced therapists are welcome to apply.
Compensation:
- $28–$35 / service hour
- Tips in addition to service pay

Interested in leadership? Experienced therapists who enjoy mentoring others may have opportunities to grow into trainer or leadership responsibilities.
Schedule:
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- 6–8 hour shifts
- Day and evening shifts available
- One weekend shift required
What You'll Do:
- Provide customized massage therapy based on each guest's needs and wellness goals
- Build strong relationships with guests and encourage consistent self-care
- Educate guests on the therapeutic benefits of regular massage
- Perform service enhancements such as hot stones, cupping, gua sha, and aromatherapy based on training and guest needs
- Work collaboratively with our team to provide an exceptional guest experience
What We're Looking For:
- Current Colorado license to perform massage therapy
- Active massage therapy liability insurance
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Ability to effectively perform full-body 50-minute massage services
- Strong guest communication skills
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Passionate about helping guests achieve their wellness goals
