Job Purpose or Objective(s): The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, diagnosing, inspecting, repairing, maintaining, and service several heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and systems. You will report to the Maintenance Manager.
Primary Tasks:
1.聽聽聽聽聽聽 You will repair and maintain low pressure hot water systems, gas wall heaters, ventilation units, and air condition units.
2.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Replace fans, belts, motors, gaskets, filters, and compressors, and lubricate parts.
3.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Adjust and install switches gauges, thermostats, valves, tubing transformers, pressure regulators, controllers,聽and other parts.
4.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Establish cost of repairs and equipment replacement.
5.聽聽聽聽聽聽 You will operate specialized machinery, equipment, and tools used in the repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
6.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain all mechanical and cosmetic items throughout the facility.
7.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Inspect all lighting throughout the property, identify potential problems and resolve the issue.
8.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain a knowledge of all rules, regulations, and controls.
9.聽聽聽聽聽聽 You will follow safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
10.聽 聽 聽Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 EPA Universal License and HVAC Certification
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning maintenance.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Two (2) years of experience with a significant combination of vocational education, apprentice training, or on-the- job聽training preferred.
