Whether you are driving high-efficiency HVAC load strategy, overseeing life safety fire protection design, or mentoring the next generation of engineers, you’ll play a key role in delivering complete building services solutions across commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.

  • Collaborate in the Field: Lead site visits for renovations and additions, gathering the 'ground-truth' data needed for seamless building systems integration.
  • Guide Project Delivery: Author and review technical specifications, engineering reports, and building system condition assessments.
  • Support Construction & Quality: Direct construction-phase administration, managing RFIs, submittal reviews, and field assessments for mechanical systems while ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Mentor & Guide: Share expertise with junior and mid-level engineering staff to support their technical growth and career development.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 6+ years of progressive experience in building services design (specifically HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) within commercial, industrial, or institutional sectors.
  • Licensure & Education: Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required (or ability to obtain via reciprocity within 6 months of hire).

  • Technical Knowledge: Deep working knowledge of mechanical and building codes and standards (including ICC, ASHRAE, and NFPA).
