JOB TITLE: Residential Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time

JOB LOCATION: Bridgewater, NJ

WORK LOCATION: In person

SALARY: $55.000 Annually

JOB DESCRIPTION :

· Act as liaison, advocate, and coordinator for consumer involvement in support groups, and other integrated community activities.

· Ensure implementation of the New Jersey Individual Service Plan (NJISP).

· Oversee all consumer medical, medication, and health issues, ensuring communication to staff, and other stakeholders using appropriate documentation and logs.

· Foster open and supportive communication with consumers, families, and various community agencies.

· Oversee daily operations of the apartment building, including scheduling, staff coverage, consumer activities, transportation, safety, and building upkeep.

· Ensure compliance with all licensing, Medicaid, HUD, and DDD regulations, as well as agency policies.

· Maintain documentation in accordance with licensing, Medicaid, and agency requirements.

· Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Assistant Managers, ensuring they provide effective leadership and support to direct care staff.

· Monitor physical site conditions to ensure health and safety standards are maintained.

· Oversee recruitment, hiring, orientation, training, and performance management of all residential staff.

· Maintain communication with the Director of Adult Services, Assistant Managers, staff, families, guardians, and external providers.

· Facilitate team meetings and ensure staff receive regular feedback, and professional development opportunities.

· Serve as the primary liaison for HUD compliance matters related to apartment building.

· Collaborate with other agency departments to ensure coordinated and integrated support.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in human services, Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, or related field required. Equivalent experience may be considered.
