Job Title: Pricing & Contracts Administrator

Job Summary:
As a member of the commercial operations team the Pricing and Contract Administrator will support the administrative functions of the Pricing and Contracts team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accurate entry of customer pricing into dual systems
- Manage the distribution of internal and external stakeholder communications including:
- Product Offers
- Product discontinuations
- Product launches
- Product/ Pricing updates
- HDA sheets/Labeling/SDS Sheets
- Price lists
- Maintain all contracts and amendments.
- Product Set-up in iContracts/AB set-up/Product Maintenance Request forms
- Value Trak Product Portfolio Maintenance
- Point of contact for all wholesaler membership and pricing discrepancy requests.
- Communicates changes in customer demand.
- Communicates proactively with team members, internal and external stakeholders regarding orders and product availability.
- Actively connect internal parties across the organization to find optimal solutions for our customers.
- Provides information to Commercial Operations, Finance and other departments as needed.
- Measure and track key performance indicators.
- Reporting as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Prior Pharma experience a plus.
- Responsible and detail oriented.
- Knowledge of SAP/iContracts. Data entry skills. Intermediate Excel skills required.
- Ability to effectively and professionally interact with co-workers and customers.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently required to stand, sit, walk, talk and hear, occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision and color vision.
- Frequently required to perform keyboarding motions including reaching forward, grasping, finger and wrist manipulations, and neck bending and turning.
