CCA Global Partners is seeking an experienced Property Claims Estimate Reviewer Specialist to join our Strategic Partners Group in St. Louis.

In this role, you'll leverage your property claims and estimating expertise to conduct detailed technical reviews of property insurance estimates involving flooring, water mitigation, roofing, and general construction repairs. You'll play a critical role in ensuring estimate accuracy, consistency, and compliance while supporting contractors, vendors, and insurance partners throughout the claims process.

This position is ideal for a property claims professional who enjoys analytical work, problem-solving, construction estimating, and being recognized as a technical expert within a collaborative team environment.

What You'll Do
  • Review, analyze, and revise estimates for medium to large property loss claims using estimating software such as Xactimate and similar platforms. Validate scope, pricing, labor, materials, diagrams, and floor plan accuracy. Provide clear technical review notes and recommendations.
  • Manage an assigned queue of estimates to ensure timely completion and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), productivity goals, and cycle-time expectations.
  • Communicate with contractors, flooring providers, mitigation vendors, and insurance representatives to clarify scope discrepancies, resolve estimate concerns, and ensure claim requirements are met.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to contractors and vendors regarding estimating best practices, software usage, and correction requirements to improve estimate quality and reduce rework.

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in property claims estimating, property claims adjusting, or a closely related field.
  • Strong proficiency with Xactimate or similar property estimating platforms.
  • Active Insurance Adjuster License preferred.
  • Strong understanding of flooring systems, water mitigation, roofing, and general construction practices.
  • Ability to interpret sketches, diagrams, and detailed scopes of work.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Solid math skills and spatial reasoning abilities, including the ability to conceptualize dimensions and layouts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with contractors, vendors, and insurance professionals.
