Registered Nurse – Psychiatric facility
cTrace Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse in Bridgeport, CT. This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and Sign on bonus
Location: Bridgeport, CT
Compensation:$70 per hour (DOE) plus $200 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule:
- 24 hours/ week with opportunity to pick up shifts
- Needed every Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Looking for coverage for 2nd (4-12:30 AM) and 3rd shift (12:15 AM - 8:15 AM) – please indicate candidate preference with bid
- 6 month assignment
Key responsibilities:
- Document all patient interactions, treatments administered, and clinical interventions accurately in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to support client recovery goals.
- Respond immediately to medical or psychiatric crises using approved de-escalation and emergency protocols.
- Educate clients and their families on medication adherence, health management, and available wellness resources.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant clinical environment according to state healthcare regulations.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
- CT RN License
- CPR/BLS
