The Brentwood YMCA is Now Hiring for Full Circle Associate
Position Type: Part-time
Pay Range starts at $14 per hour (or more depending on experience)
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? We're looking for a compassionate and energetic Full Circle Associate to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in creating a collaborative and supportive environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them grow in spirit, mind, and body.
What You'll Do:
- Lead fun and engaging activities while ensuring a safe environment
- Build positive relationships with participants, families, and YMCA staff
- Be an enthusiastic leader and role model for our participants
- Provide necessary care and assistance to participants
- Support and promote YMCA programs and initiatives
What You Bring:
- Minimum Age: 18
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience: Working with children and youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
- A passion for working with individuals of all abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professionalism, sound judgment, and a heart for service
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Certifications Needed:
- Before your first shift: New Hire Orientation
- Within 30 days: CPR Pro/AED/First Aid
- Within two weeks: Relias Training
