Job DetailsJob Location: Quirk Chevrolet - Braintree, MA 02184Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: AnyJob Category: AutomotivePosition Overview Quirk Automotive is looking for a detail oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our busy service department. We are searching for motivated individuals who are engaged and are excited about a career in the automotive industry. Experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Key Required Proficiencies: Prepares, submits and follows up on warranty claims Processes all warranty paperwork, ensuring proper documentation and verifies criteria required by factory or distributor Keeps current with all factory recalls and announcements Arranges for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor and resubmits all rejected claims promptly Reconciles all warranty receivables and works with the accounting department to obtain payments Keeps track of all warranty parts by noting the repair order number, date of replacement and date on which part may be disposed Maintains all service and customer records as required by the warrantor Preferred Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software and manufacturer warranty systems Able to work independently while also functioning as part of a team Excellent attention to detail and accuracy   Benefits offered:  - Health, Dental/Vision, 401K, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance.
