What You'll Do

As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you'll:

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of a High School Diploma required.
• Child & Growth Development course required.
• 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare center.
• A passion for inspiring young learners.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.

Hourly rate: $21.93- $24.05 per hour. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or other benefits.
