Job Description

Start your driving career with Aramark as a Route Sales Driver this customer-facing delivery driver role, you will operate a company vehicle on an established route, deliver products to customer locations, stock inventory to par levels, support route sales, and provide excellent service while following all company safety and DOT driving requirements.
  
We are hiring a dependable Route Sales Driver to deliver Aramark products across an assigned route or territory. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, customer-service oriented, comfortable working independently, and motivated to keep deliveries accurate, vehicles clean, inventory organized, and customers satisfied.

Compensation for this position is $16.98 - $20.60

Job Responsibilities

•    Safely operate a company vehicle along an established delivery route or assigned sales territory
•    Load products onto the truck daily and ensure product is organized for accurate, timely delivery
•    Deliver, stock, and merchandise products at customer locations to maintain par levels and support route sales goals
•    Maintain accurate documentation of product levels, inventory, sales, waste, customer concerns, and machine malfunctions using appropriate software
•    Report vehicle maintenance needs, repairs, safety concerns, or service issues to management immediately
•    Maintain the cleanliness, service readiness, and professional appearance of vehicles and equipment
•    Follow all driving regulations, DOT requirements, company safety policies, and standard operating procedures
•    Build positive customer relationships by maintaining a friendly, efficient, and professional attitude with customers, clients, and co-workers

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license required
•    Must be able to obtain DOT certification or required DOT licensing
•    Previous route driver, delivery driver, truck driver, sales route, vending, or customer service experience preferred
•    Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
•    Ability to work independently with limited supervision and manage a daily route effectively
•    Commitment to safe driving, accurate documentation, dependable attendance, and professional customer service
•    No preventable fatal accident while operating a CMV in a lifetime
•    No suspension of driving privileges for moving violations in the past 3 years
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
