Job Summary & Responsibilities:Â
- Receive and process NEC student room and recording requests, and input requests into NEC’s primary scheduling platform. Includes assessing space, instrumentation, and equipment needs for each reservation.
- Manage in-person scheduling requests during designated office hours.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Approximately 10 hours per week, Monday through Friday between 9am-5pm, with flexibility to accommodate student academic schedules and the option to work remotely one day per week. Must be available to daily work at least 1 hour between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
The position is compensated at $15.00 per hour with a desired start date of 9/21/2026.
Qualifications:
- Availability for a minimum of 1 hour daily between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
- Strong knowledge of NEC’s performance and practice spaces.
- Experience with customer service, data entry, and problem solving.
- Strong discretion and the ability to work with confidential information.
- Interest in developing skills in Artistic Administration.
