Job Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and analyze situations identifying root causes and providing resolutions
  • Execute preventive maintenance activities on any plumbing associated equipment or system
  • Interpret blueprints and building specifications to identify all plumbing associated pipe runs, drainage systems, and materials
  • Install, repair and modify pipes and fixture, for existing utilities (i.e. water gas, steam, air, etc.)
  • Identify materials and required tools for jobs evaluation and execution.
  • Document executed activities in a clear and detailed manner to comply with the computerized maintenance management system
  • Collaborate with contractors and co-workers in any plumbing associated activity
  • Identify opportunities proactively to improve or correct equipment performance
  • Follow health and safety standards complying with Massachusetts building codes and regulation
Educational Requirement:
  1. High School diploma or GED and diploma/certification in plumbing from a technical college.
  2. State Board of Examiners Plumbing License or state/local government plumbing license.

Regular Benefits:
