You’ve learned the theory. Now you want to see how IT actually works inside a company.
We’re looking for someone who has recently completed their studies, or is available for the next 6–9 months, and wants to gain their first meaningful experience in a corporate IT environment.
This internship is an opportunity to work directly with the systems, tools and infrastructure that employees rely on every day. You won’t just observe from the side. You’ll have your own project, contribute to day-to-day IT operations, solve real problems and work alongside experienced colleagues across IT, Information Security and Network Operations.
Your main project will be the redesign, optimization and automation of our internal IT Service Desk portal in Jira Cloud - improving how employees across the company request and receive IT support.
Along the way, you’ll get exposure to system administration, cloud environments, automation, asset management, access management and IT service management.
Think about everything that needs to work behind the scenes for employees to do their jobs: laptops, accounts, permissions, software, cloud systems, access requests and IT support.
This internship puts you right in the middle of it.
At the same time, you’ll become part of the everyday life of the IT team - helping employees with technical requests, working with our systems and contributing to ongoing IT, security and network initiatives.
We don’t expect you to arrive knowing everything. We’re looking for someone with solid technical foundations, curiosity and the motivation to learn quickly by doing.
We’d like to meet someone who:
- Has recently completed, or is close to completing, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
- Is available for a 6-month internship and interested in gaining their first substantial experience in a corporate environment.
- Has a good understanding of IT fundamentals and is genuinely curious about how systems work.
- Has some knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Apple environments.
- Is interested in system administration, cloud technologies and automation.
- Has some exposure to PowerShell, Bash/Shell or Python scripting - whether through university, personal projects or previous experience.
- Enjoys investigating problems rather than simply following instructions.
- Is comfortable communicating with different people and helping them solve technical issues.
- Can work confidently in English.
- Is curious, proactive and willing to ask questions when they don’t know something.
Experience with system administration is a plus, but we care much more about your foundations, mindset and willingness to learn than having already done everything on this list.
By the end of the internship, you’ll have worked with technologies and challenges that are part of everyday IT operations in an international corporate environment.
You’ll gain practical experience with:
- Jira Cloud and IT Service Management (ITSM), including how to design and manage an effective Service Desk.
- ITSM principles and best practices.
- System integration and administration.
- Azure Cloud environments.
- Microsoft 365 and Apple ecosystems.
- JAMF and device management.
- User access, permissions and RBAC.
- IT asset management.
- PowerShell, Bash/Shell and/or Python scripting and automation.
- Building dashboards and turning operational data into useful insights.
- Working with Information Security and Network Operations teams.
Company-wide events and activities - take part in company events, Town Halls, internal initiatives and social activities alongside the rest of our employees.
All our internships and apprenticeships are paid, with compensation aligned with local market practices and standards.
