Commissary Supervisor, TD Garden

Delaware North purchased the historic Boston Garden in 1975 and later constructed its successor, TD Garden, and neighboring The Hub on Causeway, both of which we continue to own and operate. • Supervise commissary team, including assigning duties, training, coaching, and counseling
• Ensure proper stock of beer, soda, food, and other products are in their appropriate locations
• Maintain daily awareness of product needs; determine quantities required to adequately stock commissary
• Oversee inventory control, including receiving shipments, disposing of outdated material, cycle counting
• Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of storage areas, passageways, elevators, and work areas
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations

• Minimum 6 months food and beverage commissary or related experience required
• Previous experience with Excel or similar database management computer systems required
• Strong management skills; ability to delegate and coach others
• Basic math skills
• No college degree required

• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 165 pounds
• Ability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout the facility
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures may range from cold to hot depending on the season
