Account Manager
Are you a talented communications account manager with the desire to work with leaders in the biotech sector? We’re a thriving strategic communications, digital and creative agency based in Boston that works with trailblazers in the biotech industry. We’re looking for a motivated, curious and enthusiastic Communications Account Manager who will provide input and execute on the many facets of our clients’ strategic communications programs. Our services encompass corporate messaging/positioning, media strategies/media relations, investor communications, internal communications, scientific communications, web site development, patient engagement, and broader communications including social and digital media.

What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day:Â
- Act as a key team member supporting efforts across multiple client accounts, working with senior account leaders to implement the full range of client responsibilities Â
- Ensure smooth, timely and accurate project management across accounts and multiple, simultaneous projects, proactively keeping account leads and teams updated on progress and potential challengesÂ
- Develop content for a wide range of client projects, including social media and website content, press releases, and media materials Â
- Conduct media outreach and researchÂ
- Proof variety of materialsÂ
- Manage client and internal Ten Bridge review processÂ
- Work collaboratively with our creative team to align on project variables and timelinesÂ
- Help lead and participate in daily and weekly client interactions and meetingsÂ
- Develop a deep understanding of the multiple aspects of our workÂ
- Offer support and guidance to Communication Associates Â
- Demonstrate proven ability to understand technical subject matter, and convey its essence through written and verbal communicationsÂ
- Drive social media strategy and implementationÂ
- Work collaboratively with peers at Ten Bridge on agency-wide initiativesÂ

What We’re Looking For:Â
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related discipline, or equivalent work experienceÂ
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills Â
- Outstanding project management skillsÂ
- 4+ years of experience in communications/PR, agency experience preferred
- A passion for immersing oneself in the biotech industryÂ
- A desire to help build and nurture a culture of collaboration excellence and growth, and an ability to always think creativelyÂ

Please Note: Our headquarters office is located in downtown Boston, MA. Our Boston area employees collaborate in office together three days a week with flexibility/remote work on other days. Our remote employees spend time in Boston for company, client and team meetings as needed.Â
