Skilled in staff management, scheduling, patient relations, insurance and billing coordination, compliance, inventory management, and financial oversight. We need a strong leader with a focus on optimizing practice performance, maintaining high standards of patient care, supporting clinical and administrative teams, and building positive relationships with patients and staff. Dedicated to improving operational efficiency, increasing practice growth, and creating a welcoming, organized, and professional dental environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily practice operations and ensure efficient patient flow. Manage, train, schedule, and support administrative and clinical staff. Coordinate patient scheduling, treatment coordination, and customer service. Oversee insurance, billing, collections, and accounts receivable. Monitor practice finances, productivity, and key performance goals. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and state regulations. Manage supplies, inventory, vendors, equipment, and office facilities. Address patient concerns and resolve operational issues. Implement policies and workflow improvements to support practice growth and efficiency. Partner with dentists and staff to maintain high-quality patient care and a positive workplace. QualificationsQualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of dental office experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, insurance processes, and treatment coordination. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental). Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
