Custom Filters Direct is hiring a Quality Inspector for our growing manufacturing operation in Bloomsburg, PA.

In addition to earning $17.00–$20.00 per hour based on experience, employees are eligible for a $50 attendance bonus each week with no missed time — potentially an additional $2,600 per year.

If you have experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, product inspection, manufacturing inspection, or production quality, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a Quality Inspector, you will help make sure products meet company and customer quality requirements before they move through production or are shipped.

• Inspect raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products
• Perform visual inspections for defects and quality concerns
• Verify finished products meet customer specifications
• Accurately read and use a tape measure to check product dimensions
• Identify non-conforming or defective products
• Communicate quality concerns to Production and Operations
• Complete inspection reports and quality documentation
• Record inspection results accurately
• Assist with investigating recurring quality issues
• Support corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts
• Help ensure quality standards are consistently followed throughout production
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

What We're Looking For

• Previous Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Quality Inspection, Product Inspection, or manufacturing quality experience
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to identify defects and make sound quality decisions
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable attendance and dependable work habits
• Ability to work overtime when required

Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday–Friday
Hours: 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Overtime may be required based on production needs and may include staying beyond the scheduled shift and/or occasional weekend work.
