- Manage REC registry and environmental product activities, including certificate transfers, retirements, reconciliations, inventory tracking, and related billing or settlement requirements.
- Serve as a key business owner for ETRM workflows and future system enhancements, helping further automate billing and settlement activities, trade capture controls, credit and collateral workflows, environmental product tracking, and allocation of P&L.
- Establish procedures, metrics, and governance routines for settlement operations, billing processes, exception management, internal controls, registry activity, and management reporting.
- Prepare recurring management-ready reporting on settlement status, billing completeness, open disputes, exposure/collateral items, registry activity, close deadlines, and key operational risks.
- Support internal control readiness, audit requests, documentation standards, and process improvement initiatives connected to trading activity and month-end close.
