We Are Looking For:
A Maintenance Supervisor who will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and appearance of our properties. Â Consistently achieving maintenance goals and objectives, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, and upholding a professional and cautious approach in all maintenance activities.
About this Specific Position:
- This position is for Maintenance Supervision of a single 34-unit property.
- This position is for a solo maintenance individual who will work directly with the Property Manager.
- The Maintenance Supervisor in this position will be responsible for full apartment turns, including painting units, etc.
- This individual in this position will be on call three weeks out of the month, with one week off the on-call rotation each month.
