Complex Server (On-Call / SLC)

Overview

Under general supervision, serves food and beverages to Complex guests in a courteous and efficient manner 

Responsibilities

• Adheres to weekly schedule as assigned. This can vary and needs to be checked when prepared.
• Accepts all duties in dishwashing, line, and dining room as assigned.
• Reports in uniform attire; must be neat & clean while on duty.
• Adheres to DR operations & guidelines (DR attached) set forth by Director.
• Notifies Kitchen Manager if there are changes in ability to adhere to assigned schedule.
• Performs clean-up duties after each meal service and prepares and sets up for next meal.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills
• H.S. Diploma or equivalent preferred
