We are currently recruiting for a Retail - North America Hub Leader to join our Team!
Summary: This is a senior-level position which has overall responsibility and accountability for the Retail North American Hub
organization and P&L. It involves the oversight of multiple projects with key clients, as well as managing budgets and the
cross-functional Retail organization that sits in the region while keeping close collaboration with the Retail Center of
Excellence based in Hong Kong and China. This role is pivotal in steering the strategic direction provided by the Retail
General Manager, and ensuring the successful execution of all projects within its scope, in coordination with the broader
global Retail organization, and line with Permasteelisa’s safety and quality standards. This position will nurture client
relationships, while keeping key stakeholders appraised and informed on project delivery.
Responsibilities:Â
1. Ensure projects and teams are compliant with Safety and Quality protocols established by the company.
2. Retail North American Hub P&L ownership and accountability, including developing strategies and taking appropriate
actions to ensure budget delivery and improvement.
3. Oversee the execution of retail projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and brand
guidelines.
4. Coordinate and collaborate with the global Retail organization, including the Center of Excellence based in Hong
Kong and China.
5. Manage cross-functional teams, including design, quantity surverying, tendering, operations, and site personnel to
ensure seamless project execution. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and creativity.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients and stakeholders. Understand their vision and needs,
providing tailored solutions to enhance their retail experience.
7. Responsibility for recruitment, development and management of the team to achieve milestones and ensure team
members have the capability and capacity to achieve objectives.
8. Support the Retail General Manager in strategic setting, continuous improvement of business processes, and
developing client relationships.
Basic Qualifications:Â
Knowledge – Minimum knowledge, certification and
accreditations required on appointment
 Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction,
engineering, business or a related field.
 Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in construction
related projects. High-end retail, custom storefront or
luxury environment experience preferred.
