What Success Looks Like:
Your Impact

  • Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring efficient workflows, exceptional guest service, and compliance with established operational and service standards.
  • Supervise, support, and provide direction to spa team members, including front desk staff, attendants, and technicians, as applicable.
  • Perform front desk duties as needed, including answering calls and emails, booking appointments, guest check-in/check-out, and optimizing appointment and front desk schedules.
  • Ensure guests' needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally, including effective service recovery and resolution of escalated guest issues.
  • Ensure all team members consistently demonstrate excellent guest service, proper spa etiquette, and compliance with lodge and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Assist with interviewing, onboarding, training, coaching, and ongoing development of spa team members; provide feedback and support performance management as needed.
  • Monitor treatment quality, appointment flow, room utilization, staffing levels, productivity, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all spa services, treatments, products, promotions, packages, memberships, and offerings; assist with developing new services and promotions.
  • Support achievement of spa revenue goals by promoting services, enhancements, memberships, and retail products, and monitoring key performance indicators such as utilization, rebooking, guest satisfaction, and sales.
  • Oversee daily reporting, operational recaps, scheduling, and other administrative functions as needed.
  • Manage spa inventory, including monthly inventory counts and ordering and maintaining appropriate levels of retail products, treatment supplies, and operating supplies.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, presentation, and proper stocking of all spa areas, including the front desk, treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and guest spaces.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, licensing, and regulatory requirements; promptly report accidents, injuries, hazards, and unsafe working conditions.
  • Build positive working relationships with team members and other hotel departments to support collaboration and deliver a seamless overall guest experience.
  • Other duties that may be associated with spa operations and management requests.

What You Bring

  • 1 year front-desk supervisory or lead experience in hospitality or hotels required
  • High school diploma require
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Experience leading a team
  • Previous customer service or guest relations experience required
  • The ability to analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
