Starting pay: $22

The Front Services Dispatcher coordinates and communicates all guest service requests related to bell, valet, transportation, and other front‑of‑house support functions. This role receives, prioritizes, and dispatches calls to the appropriate team members, monitors workflow, and ensures timely, accurate, and professional service delivery. The Dispatcher supports smooth hotel operations by maintaining clear communication, accurate documentation, and exceptional guest service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and document incoming calls, radio requests, and service needs from guests, departments, and front‑of‑house staff. 
  • Prioritize and dispatch tasks to bell staff, valet attendants, shuttle drivers, and other service personnel based on workload and urgency. 
  • Track assignments to ensure timely completion and follow up on outstanding requests.
  • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and communication records throughout the shift.
  • Coordinate luggage assistance, room deliveries, transportation requests, and special guest needs. 
  • Communicate effectively with hotel departments including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Security, and Engineering to support seamless operations. 
  • Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service to all guests and team members. 
  • Monitor radio traffic and maintain clear, concise communication at all times. 
  • Report safety concerns, operational issues, or unusual activity promptly. 
  • Support leadership with shift updates, service trends, and guest feedback. 
  • Perform additional duties or special assignments as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred. 
  • One year of hotel, front‑of‑house, dispatch, or customer service experience preferred. 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. 
  • Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional under pressure. 
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn property management and dispatch systems. 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS 

  • Ability to sit, stand, and move between workstations throughout the shift. 
  • Ability to work in a high‑rise hotel and casino environment using elevators, stairs, and service corridors. 
  • Ability to work in areas with variable noise levels, guest traffic, and operational activity. 
  • Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. 
  • Compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
