Marketing Assistant

Job Summary

This part-time role allows you to work closely with our marketing team supporting a variety of tasks, including coordinating and tracking marketing projects, creating content for brochures and marketing materials, and assisting with photography needs. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn about different aspects of marketing and the overall company. 

Key Responsibilities

• Job Coordination & Tracking:
  • Assist in organizing and tracking marketing campaigns, projects, and related tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide updates to the team during marketing meetings.
• Content Creation:
  • Write and edit content for brochures, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure brand messaging is consistent and impactful.
  • Assist the team with ideas about how to present and explain the way we bring our different products and services to market.
• Photography Support:
  • Capture high-quality photos for marketing purposes (e.g., events, products, company location and company culture).
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining the digital asset library.
• Meeting Participation:
  • Attend marketing meetings to take notes, provide updates, and contribute ideas.
  • Learn from experienced team members about various aspects of marketing and the company’s operations.

Key Qualifications

• Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Photography skills (experience with DSLR cameras is a plus).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a bonus.
