The Wendy’s Assistant Manager assists with overseeing all operations of the Dunkin’ restaurant within a quick service restaurant (QSR) in a multi-concept travel center. This role ensures excellent guest service, brand-standard execution, and strong financial performance. Responsibilities include assisting the General Manager in hiring, training, scheduling, and developing team members while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. The position operates in a high-volume setting with peak rush periods that require strong multitasking, active leadership, and a calm, solutions-focused approach. Wendy’s Assistant Managers lead by example and reinforce our culture daily—Grow EVERY day, be BRILLIANT, and care GENUINELY about people—creating a positive experience for both guests and team members.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year of restaurant management experience (required)
• QSR or fast-casual experience preferred
