DRIVER BUS CDL

The Bus Driver is responsible for safely transporting guests via shuttle or bus while providing exceptional customer service. This role ensures a positive guest experience through professional communication, safe driving practices, and accurate trip coordination.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to and from designated locations in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies 
• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner 
• Operate shuttle or bus with care; always maintain passenger safety
• Complete documentation for transportation schedules and mileage
• Provide information on local attractions, events, and property promotions
• Promote Caesars Rewards programs and guest services
• Monitor for compliance with guest policies, including underage restrictions 
• Maintain adherence to attendance, safety, and company guidelines

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age with a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement and current medical card 
• Previous bus or motorcoach driving experience preferred 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Clean driving record meeting company standards 
• Knowledge of local area, attractions, and directions 
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays 
• Ability to sit, stand, and operate a vehicle for extended periods 
• Lift and handle luggage up to 80 lbs.; push/pull up to 200 lbs. 
• Work in varying weather conditions and high-noise environments 
• Assist passengers with mobility needs, including operating wheelchair lifts 
• Tolerate smoke-filled environments common in casino settings
