Position Summary
The Production Associate will be responsible for assembling goods and monitoring the process to effectively meet production goals to deliver product to our customers. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is self-driven, adaptable, and detail oriented.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely load and shipment
- Assemble and prepare goods for shipping
- Observe and remove faulty product parts from assembly line
- Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory
- Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment
- Keep both a clean workstation and production floor
- Report any issues to supervisor
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Familiar with safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
- Comfortable using various systems to complete daily tasks
- Self-motivated and results oriented
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Ability to communicate and escalate issues quickly and effectively to manager or supervisor.
- Ability to uphold safety standards, participate in continuous process improvement on the job, and follow best practices.
- Able to work both individually and as a team
- Willingness to take direction as needed and the drive to jump into tasks every day with a good attitude!
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift 60 lbs.
