We are seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will help maintain our facility, complete routine repairs, and ensure equipment and building systems operate safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
路 Perform general maintenance and minor repairs
路 Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues
路 Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities
路 Respond promptly to maintenance requests
路 Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
路 Assist with preventative maintenance tasks
路 Keep accurate maintenance records
Qualifications
路 Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
路 Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
路 Ability to use hand and power tools safely
路 Strong problem-solving skills
路 Reliable transportation and punctuality
路 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders if needed
Schedule
路 Part-time hours (flexible schedule available)
路 Weekend or evening availability is a plus
Compensation
路 Competitive hourly pay based on experience
