Experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered pediatric primary care and building lasting relationships with children and their families.

Nurse Practitioner Essential Functions:
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric patients from infancy through adolescence
- Perform well-child visits, physical examinations, and developmental assessments
- Diagnose and treat common pediatric illnesses and conditions
- Provide preventive care, health education, and anticipatory guidance
- Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests and laboratory studies
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate parents and caregivers regarding their child's health and wellness
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient care
Qualifications
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
- Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certification (PNP)
- Current national board certification
- Prior pediatric primary care experience prefferred
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, professional, and family-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team

Education and Experience:
- Board Certified Advanced Practice Nurse licensure required
- Graduate degree from an accredited nursing program, such as a Master of Science in nursing
