This role owns the full lifecycle of pricing execution from concept and design to launch, iterative enhancements, and performance monitoring to drive measurable business impact. The Senior Manager defines pricing strategies that directly influence billions in biddable revenue, builds and leads a team of Pricing Managers, and operates at the intersection of product/tech, sales execution, business strategy, and finance. You will influence without authority across senior leaders spanning finance, sales, product, engineering, science, and execution to deliver scalable pricing outcomes.
This position requires high judgment, excellent analytical abilities, and a creative mind to invent solutions that improve both the customer and seller experience. It also offers broad exposure to various business, operational, financial, and technical teams across Amazon. • Own pricing profitability and margin policy, ensuring pricing decisions comply with financial plans while balancing revenue growth
• Build, enable, and develop a team of Pricing Managers that deliver strategic results through pricing execution
• Drive alignment with senior leaders on cross-functional goals across Revenue and Margin, and create mechanisms to regularly align on financial tradeoffs
• Define requirements and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Science to drive pricing automation and scale execution
Basic Qualifications: - 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- 6+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience influencing senior leaders/stakeholders
- Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience operating at the intersection of business strategy, finance, and technology Preferred Qualifications: - Experience engaging and influencing senior executives
- MBA, or Bachelor's degree or above
- Experience in transportation or supply chain within a high-volume logistics, manufacturing or engineering environment
- Experience with automation and any version control tools, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results
- Experience supporting the implementation of controls or contributing to audits over financial reporting environments, or experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis
- Experience understanding needs of business and end customers and translating them into right solutions

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
