Position Summary
Our Bellevue PT team is expanding! This is a rare opportunity as our group has very low staff turnover, so please reach out if interested! Our fun, fast-paced clinic puts patients and therapists first. We prioritize delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative team environment. We offer a sign-on bonus, a highly lucrative quarterly bonus, incredible benefits with ample paid time off, and a $1500 annual continuing education package. We enjoy working with new grads and offer formalized mentorship with dedicated weekly one on one time with all our senior therapists.
We see a wide mix of orthopedic patients from all walks of life; from total joint replacements, post-op athletes to weekend warriors. We work closely with the orthopedic surgeons at Proliance Orthopedic Sports Medicine located upstairs in our building to manage their patients' pre- and post-operative rehab needs. The close proximity and relationship between PT and surgeon offers a multitude of learning and team-building opportunities as well as surgical observations.
Our Bellevue clinic is located on the I-405, SR 520 interchange just across Lake Washington east of Seattle. It is in the heart of an award-winning school district with easy access to the beautiful outdoor activities of the Pacific Northwest. From hiking and skiing in the mountains to enjoying the many waters of the Puget Sound, Bellevue is the perfect location for anyone who enjoys the outdoors yet wants to have access to big city life. In addition to the base salary, we offer a significant quarterly bonus that amounts to an extra $10,000-$20,000+ annually.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Â
- Routinely evaluate and treat outpatient conditions in consultation with physician
- Effectively determine and apply a wide variety of therapeutic exercises, modalities, manual therapy, and other treatments in accordance with state practice act
- Document patient care services according to regulatory and department guidelines
- Collaborate with physicians, managers and staff across the organization
- Ability to work in a fast paced outpatient orthopedic setting
- Maintain safe environment for self, staff and patients
- Participate in continuing education in order to maintain state license
- Any and all other duties as assigned
Education/Experience
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program; Master’s or Doctorate Degree preferred
- 1 to 2 years’ experience is preferred but not required – our PTs love to mentor!
- Experience with post-operative PT preferred
- Active Washington state license in Physical Therapy
