Hammond Lumber Company, voted 2025's Best Places to Work in Maine, is seeking a Full-Time Janitor for our Belgrade, Maine location.

Job Responsibilities

• Duties include but are not limited to vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restroom cleaning and sanitizing, dusting office furniture, displays, and all other surfaces.
• Maintains the order and cleanliness of multiple lunchrooms and facilities within the Belgrade Hammond Lumber location
• Maintains all cleaning materials and equipment in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Manages seasonal and as needed cleaning projects.

Requirements

• A clean and valid license is required
• Must have physical stamina and mobility including, but not limited to, the ability to reach, kneel, bend, lift, push and pull
• Must have good attention to detail
• Must be reliable
