Eaton’s Global Data Center business is seeking an Executive Assistant.  This position will be based in our Beachwood, OH corporate office. Candidates must be local and commutable as relocation assistance is not available.  Minimal travel is expected (up to 10%).
The expected annual salary range for this role is $69000Â - $101000Â a year. Â

What you’ll do:
Provide high-impact executive assistant support to the President, Global Data Center, serving as a trusted partner who enables the President and her functional leadership team to operate with focus, speed, and alignment. This role manages complex priorities, executive calendars, communications, travel, meeting cadence, and administrative processes across a fast-moving global organization. The position requires strong judgment, discretion, proactive problem solving, and the ability to connect across regions, functions, and senior stakeholders to support the effective execution of Global Data Center business priorities.
Primary Responsibilities
•   Support the President, Global Data Center, as the top priority, ensuring her time, priorities, and executive commitments are managed with urgency, accuracy, and discretion.
•   Manage complex and constantly changing executive calendars, proactively resolving conflicts, anticipating needs, and ensuring the President is prepared for key internal and external engagements.
•   Coordinate the operating cadence for the Global Data Center leadership team, including staff meetings, functional leader reviews, business updates, workshops, and follow-up actions.
•   Provide administrative and coordination support to the President’s functional leaders, helping align calendars, meeting logistics, materials, and communications across the global team.
•   Plan and coordinate meetings involving senior executives, functional leaders, regional partners, customers, external stakeholders, and cross-business collaborators.
•   Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, visas or supporting documentation as needed, and expense reporting for the President and designated leadership activities.
•   Prepare, coordinate, and quality-check executive correspondence, presentations, agendas, briefing materials, meeting summaries, and follow-up communications.
•   Support preparation for leadership team meetings, President-level reviews, business operating reviews, customer engagements, town halls, and strategic workshops.
•   Track key commitments, action items, approvals, and deadlines across the President’s office and functional leadership team to help maintain accountability and follow-through.
•   Anticipate executive, team, and stakeholder needs; proactively identify issues, remove administrative barriers, and escalate items requiring leadership attention.
•   Coordinate internal and external meetings, lunches, dinners, site visits, leadership events, and special engagements that support Global Data Center priorities and relationship building.
•   Maintain effective communication with executive assistants, functional leaders, regional teams, and corporate partners to enable smooth planning, scheduling, and execution.
•   Support onboarding, team integration, and engagement activities for leaders and key team members within the Global Data Center organization.
•   Process invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and other administrative transactions in support of the President’s office and designated functional leadership needs.
•   Coordinate office supplies, vendor/service agreements, shared team resources, and other administrative needs that enable the Global Data Center team to operate effectively.
Qualifications:
Basic (Required) Qualifications:
•   At least 5 years of executive support experience, preferably supporting senior executives in a global, matrixed organization.
•   High School diploma required.

Preferred:
•   Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree from an accredited institution.

•   Strong executive presence, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to interact confidently with senior leaders, functional teams, and external stakeholders.
•   High degree of flexibility, responsiveness, and urgency in a fast-paced global business environment with shifting priorities and time zones.
•   Advanced proficiency with Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, expense management tools, and digital approval/signature platforms.
•   Ability to work independently with minimal direction, exercise sound judgment, and make timely decisions in a dynamic environment.
•   Exceptional discretion and ability to handle highly confidential business, organizational, financial, and personnel information.
•   Strong relationship management, collaboration, and influencing skills across functions, regions, and organizational levels.
•   Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, connect dots across multiple workstreams, and follow through on commitments with precision.
•   Strong attention to detail and ability to produce polished, accurate materials for executive-level audiences.
