Brown & Root is seeking qualified SPRAT or IRATA Level 1 and Level 2 Rope Access Insulators to perform industrial insulation activities utilizing rope access methods.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Remove, repair, fabricate, and install industrial insulation systems while working from rope access systems.
- Perform insulation work on piping, vessels, equipment, and other industrial components.
- Install and remove insulation jacketing and weatherproofing as required.
- Safely establish and maintain rope access work positions in accordance with company and SPRAT/IRATA requirements.
- Inspect and properly use assigned rope access and craft equipment.
- Follow site safety requirements, permits, JSAs, and direction from Rope Access Level 3 supervision.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, housekeeping, and material control.
Qualifications:
- Current SPRAT or IRATA Level 1 or Level 2 certification.
- Industrial insulation experience required.
- Ability to safely perform physically demanding work at height.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
