POSITION PURPOSE:
The Production Line Supervisor directs the daily operations of the line, including receipt of inbound components, direction of labor, preventative maintenance, and other special projects.Ā Ā The Production Line Supervisor will maintain high levels of accuracy in day-to-day operations, lead and develop the staff on the line, and provide best in class service to our Customers.Ā

DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Ā
- Maintain a Safe warehouse and drive a Safety-First culture.
- Ensure good housekeeping and cleanliness throughout the facility
- Supervise line employees and oversee daily operations.
- Maintain and operate filling equipment on the production line.
- Perform preventative maintenance of all packaged machinery used on site.
- Inspect the condition of tools and equipment daily.
- Control and manage inventory through standard operating procedures and systemic tools.
- Ensure a high level of detail and focus on every job.Ā Ā
- Oversee special projects and perform various projects as deemed necessary by management.
- Work in unison with Terminal Manager on prioritizing work to ensure Customer satisfaction.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:Ā
- High school diploma/GED Required
- 5+ years experience in a supervisory role
- Proven knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures
- Forklift certification and/or ability to successfully complete forklift training
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work with all levels of staff
