Are you detail-oriented? Do you enjoy research? Do you enjoy working with teammates to reach a common goal? If you answered yes, then the Quality Care Clerk is the job for you. Our Quality Care Clerks are responsible for tracking the completion of referrals, diagnostic tests, and laboratory tests within the quality department, in order to improve patient health outcomes. We offer competitive wages based on experience and up to 3 weeks of PTO in the first year! Other perks include no nights or weekend work!

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES: (This list may not be all inclusive.)

  1. Tracks the completion of labs, diagnostic tests, and specialist referrals.
  2. Contacts patients to develop plan for completing recommended tests and referrals.
  3. Identifies patient barriers for completion of recommended evaluations and refers to appropriate resources.
  4. Educate patients about rescheduling procedures and the importance of completing tests and referrals.

REQUIREMENTS
- High School graduate or GED

- Data entry or tracking systems experience desirable.

- Previous medical experience preferred
