The RN Transfer Center position involves coordinating patient transfers with emergent or urgent medical needs within the FMOLHS system.
Candidates must possess strong clinical knowledge of both pediatric and adult medical conditions and be able to assess and prioritize care effectively.
The role utilizes electronic medical records (EMR) to document and communicate transfer requests to various stakeholders.
The RN will also act as a resource for receiving facilities to ensure compliance with transfer center guidelines.
A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required, with a competitive salary offered based on qualifications.
