About the Role:

The Express Technician plays a critical role in delivering fast, efficient, and high-quality automotive repair and maintenance services to customers. This position focuses on performing routine vehicle inspections and repairs within a streamlined timeframe to ensure customer satisfaction and quick vehicle turnaround. The technician will work closely with service advisors and other team members to accurately identify vehicle needs and provide effective estimates. Attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards are paramount to maintaining the integrity of the service process. Ultimately, the Express Technician contributes to the overall success of the service department by enhancing operational efficiency and fostering positive customer experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic automotive repair experience or completion of a technical training program in automotive technology.
• Ability to use general shop equipment effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
