Requirements

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Answer inquiries by clarifying desired patient needs and information, researching, locating, and providing a solution, implementing solutions, and escalating any unresolved issues
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different calls
• Seize the opportunity to “close” the call
• Build sustainable relationships by engaging patients and going the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in a comprehensible way
• Continue to update job knowledge by participating in team meetings and education opportunities
• Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets

Qualifications

• 1+ years of dental experience is preferred
• Prior customer service experience
