Inspired Homecare is seeking reliable and compassionate Home Health Aides to support a client in the Bartlett area. We are looking for CNAs who are committed to providing safe, respectful, and high‑quality care in the home setting.

Schedule 

• 3 twelve‑hour shifts per week

• Rotating schedules

• Day or night availability depending on client needs

Requirements

• Current CNA license in the State of Illinois

• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the client's home in Bartlett

• Comfortable working with dementia patients

• Experience using a Hoyer lift 

• Dependable, professional, and patient‑focused

About the Role

The Home Health Aide will assist with:

• Personal care and ADLs

• Safe transfers using a Hoyer lift

• Dementia‑appropriate communication and support

• Light household tasks related to patient care

• Monitoring and reporting changes in condition
