How You’ll Make an Impact Empower Individuals: Conduct observations and Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) to truly understand the people we support, translating their unique needs into actionable Positive Support Plans. Uplift Support Teams: Train, mentor, and consult with direct care teams and coordinators on 20–40 complex cases, giving them the confidence and tools to deliver exceptional care. Collaborate for Whole-Person Care: Work alongside psychiatrists, speech pathologists, guardians, and families to ensure a unified, holistic approach to each individual's growth. Elevate Quality & Advocacy: Review behavioral plans across the region to ensure the highest standards of safety, ethics, and regulatory compliance. Facilitate Growth: Lead specialized support groups as needed to build connection and peer community among those we serve. QualificationsQualifications License and Certification: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) License or pursuing full licensure, Master of Social Work (MSW) pursuing LMSW or Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW), pursuing LCSW with clinical supervision. BCBA or Candidate pursuing full certification. Essential Basics: Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance for occasional travel between regional support sites. Clinical Heart & Clear Mind: Strong judgment, high discretion, and a deep understanding of positive behavioral principles and regulatory standards.
