We’re looking for a motivated and safety‑driven Flight Line Support Technician to support daily flight line operations and aircraft maintenance services at our University. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced aviation environment and is passionate about safety, teamwork, and excellence.
 No prior experience required, just a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
In this role, you’ll support daily flight line operations and help keep aircraft safe, clean, and ready for flight:
- Guide (marshal), park, and tow aircraft on the ramp
- Fuel aircraft safely and accurately
- Assist with hangar storage and ground support services
- Help maintain aircraft cleanliness and readiness
- Inspect aircraft for visible issues and report concerns
- Keep the ramp clean and free of debris (FOD)
- Support safe aircraft movement for arrivals and departures
- Operate ground equipment (we’ll train you!) like tugs and service vehicles
What We’re Looking For

- Willingness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and follow procedures
- Valid driver’s license required
